Decent company, mostly great people, Unprofessional Line Management
Pros
The people are the best part about working here. Hands down. They are supportive and genuinely fantastic individuals. Occasional yearly bonus. Excellent mental health support from senior management. Flexible working and understanding of time off.
Cons
Awfully unprofessional and occasionally verbally abusive line management in my experience. No genuine consequences faced for verbal abuse of staff other than being asked to apologise. Some management will go behind your back with items discussed in confidence. If you are not keeping your head down and not making waves you will be singled out. After 8 years of service i was made redundant and was offered to reapply for my own job despite the company not long ago announcing they were financially secure for the foreseeable future and there would be no layoffs. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.
