      Pros

      There's a diverse variety of work, and it's really easy to get cross trained if you'd like something different again. The teams are generally friendly, and the education and training provided is on par with a university course.

      Cons

      The development is your responsibility, if you don't push you'll not get promoted. There's quite a few new people, so it's a bit difficult to stand out in the crowd.
