Pros
There may be some areas where you will not be totally stressed out, but they are few.
Cons
Management in Manufacturing is horrible and doesn't listen to people. The stress level is horrible. The quality of the products is going down and the ownership is only interested in $$$. Worked there 25 + years and had to quit shortly after had a major heart attack from all the stress. The last 10 years were terrible

- Growing company - Strong values from top down - Genuine "family" feel - people care about one another - Design and manufacture products that you can believe in
Cons
- Long-tenures of employees leave little room for growth/advancement - Pay is not as competitive as other companies in the area
