Pros

Friendly co-workers. Decent pay. Okay benefits.

Cons

Lack of sufficient initial training. Managers played favorites when promotions came around. Lack of communication between departments often caused confusion.

Pros

The good thing is Flexible hours.

Cons

1. Terrible Management 2. No respect or remorse of employees 3. Human Resources is corrupted not mutual at all. Does not matter situation. 4. No Teamwork can’t talk to your colleagues 5. Supervisors care for themselves not there team. And worry with management. 6.Training on your own basically since can’t ask questions only supervisor if they are available. 7.Productivity/QA is high expectations it’s called perfectionist which is impossible and want to work like robots and to maintain productivity work before or after hours which is terrible wrong. 8. Favoritism 9. Brought it up to upper management regarding issues. Don’t even response.

Pros

A lot of room to grow, passionate employees, great office, flexible schedule as far as breaks and lunch times, spacious cubicles, started on lower end at $16.50 per hour which was less than where i came from but not horrible

Cons

Very fast training, a tad frustrated from leadership when asking questions, salary was decent to start, if you don’t love or completely understand what you’re doing you will hate it (but that’s in any company).

Pros

The training was amazing, they really care to help you learn and pass your CRAT exam.

Cons

It can feel a bit fast paced but other than that it's great. It is a long commute for some people was for me.

Pros

Philips gave a toothbrush when they bought us…. Your coworkers become family, benefits aren’t too terrible.

Cons

The Philips takeover made this place a joke. Philips bought us to try to improve their revenue after their CPAP machine recall. Philips promised us raises, bonuses, and so many things that couldn’t follow through with. Our department didn’t even get close to a 3% raise this year and just got an excuse from Philips about how hard it is for them to tell us we weren’t getting bonuses because they did so terribly financially again. Bosses told us to be lucky we were part of the 10,000 people Philips had to lay off. At the start of 2023, they forced us to start coming in 3 days a week. Last week we were told about about a work from home incentive based on the amount of overtime we do, this week they took our overtime away basically. We’ve been begging for raises for over a year now since most of us are ending up in the negative by the end of the pay period due to inflation. Philips is trying to change all of our processes to match their agenda, but clearly they aren’t seeing that their processes don’t work. It’s just doubling our work load and making no sense. Thanks to everything Philips is putting us through morale is down and people are quitting left and right. Their work is being pushed around now for no additional pay. Philips training makes no sense. I failed a training 7 times about how to handle a company AmEx card…. I don’t even have access to a company AmEx card. Make it make sense.

Pros

I enjoyed working with the people and getting to know the few people I met.

Cons

They had a lot of training, and didn't follow through with the plan that they created when they acquired us. They lied to us when they said that they weren't going to shut us down, assuring us the same week that they shut us down that our jobs were safe.

Pros

Remote monitoring for for cardiac arrhythmia devices is in high demand and the company Geneva who was bought by Biotelemetry and since sold to Phillips had a great vision on getting this accomplished for a broad spectrum of patients across the United States.

Cons

Inconsistent training, database crashed several times a week sometimes more than once in a day, hub lead support was poor-asking for help to understand the inconsistent various answers from super users was a burden for them to deal with, certain hubs had very high turn over due to poor attitudes. Coordinators did not work on first in first out basis after alerts were done. The early folks in the EST will come on and weed out all the quick easy reads to meet quotas or you had to get up and on before those employees, no matter your time zone, so you were not left with only the time consuming patients to read making for very long days to meet your own quotas. Poor organization and IT issues with the database.
