      Pros

      Bizforce is a great company. Despite being in its young Startup years, the company has quickly grown to be a very professional, innovative and reliable workforce provider in the outsource industry. The innate Culture amongst Executives, HR's and talents conveys good communications, inclusivity, camaraderie and all around a warm & progressive working atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not much of a con but the night shift could be a challenge at first, Work time could be a bit flexible, depends on the client.

      Starting a day with this company is like a breath of fresh air. It's not your typical BPO set-up or any office-based setup. Everyone here is so warm that you'll feel like you are as important as everyone else. The culture fosters creativity, collaboration and innovation. With supportive leadership team and awesome executives, a vibrant community and ample resources for personal and professional development, it's truly a great place to thrive and succeed. Plus, they are very generous with employees.
