A lot of benefits and they care about their staff

Cons

The CEO designed/built and maintains all their systems but he is based in Australia so it isnt very practical for working in the UK

Great working atmosphere. Talented colleagues, always willing to share knowledge. Great location in Bristol Cabot Circus. Interesting projects (Broadcast Video products).

Cons

No benefit package except for pension contributions (but maybe higher pay to make up for the lack of other benefits).
