      Pros

      Very interesting work, variety of great brands for clients and a huge variety of work to do. Enjoyable team both in the UK and overseas.

      Cons

      Acquired by GP strategies who do not care a jot for their people - also some very dysfunctional low performing leadership, making for a toxic atmosphere toward the end of my employment. clients pay a premium and deserve exceptional service, not mediocre. Also no bonus or financial recognition for high performers.

      Great people to learn from, great people to work with, the US team are just outstanding and it was a great experience for me and has set me up well for the future.

      Cons

      THE UK team is too sales focused, doesn't have the strength or depth of the US team, feels like a different company
