This review relates to the blockchain accelerator Block Labs, registered in Bulgaria but headquartered in Portugal. The only pro is the occasional travel to Portugal.
Cons
- Biggest problem: Extensive micro-management, from managers without any clue or relevant experience (in some cases, but not all) - Hire & Fire culture (don't expect to be in your seat long) - Blame culture - Rigid hierarchy (a "we say, you do" approach) - Lack of empathy (you're viewed as workers/resources, not fellow employees) - Unprofessional conduct - Poor communication
