Good culture

Pros

Great people at Blue Link with a very strong product/market fit.

Cons

Owned by a PE firm so limited growth and they don’t seem to understand longer sales cycles. They state loudly that we don’t discount but the first thing the folks that support the sales team do is ask you to discount to get a deal. They really add no value but you have to do pipeline reviews weekly with them. Pay is low compared to similar companies. People will leave to make better commissions when opportunities arise

Great place to work remote

Pros

Fully remote work, one in office all-staff meeting per month. Fair pay for the work. Competent colleagues.

Cons

Not many social events, WFH in that context can be isolating if you don't have an active social life outside of work.

Pros

Blue Link Associates has a great team of staff who are welcoming and offer opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge base. If you are looking at a Co-op position I greatly recommend applying because Blue Link Associates gives opportunities for co-op students to work in multiple departments within the company; giving you a diverse skillset. If you are a new employee, do not be afraid to ask questions, and attend the monthly in-person meetings, because it allows you to connect with your team.

Cons

The first 1-3 weeks might be a steep learning curve, however, if you ask well-detailed questions to your colleagues and practice problem-solving on your own, you will succeed!
