Pros
Schedules are flexible, benefits are pretty good. No mandatory overtime, or earning PTO over months. There have been recent salary improvements and restructuring of roles. Pretty good place to work if you have children, especially during pandemic days. Most of us get along really well!(RA, Tech, etc)
Cons
Interpersonal drama/ SILO effect, less-than-great carryover from academia that has no place, meetings are chaotic and inefficient.
