Cons
AaCompany pretends to care but are not tgat involved outside of the corporate office. Every year there is an exscuse as to why there are very small precentage, usually 2-3% raises and its blamed on the economy. There is very limited room for career growth and they expect you to stay so the company can get paid. If your looking for a new position or opprotunity, do not let them find out because they will black ball you. Also this company constantly changes benefit providers and pay days, causing more money out of the employees pocket and less from the company. BW is a company only out for its own interests, not the employee.
