Pros

There is a pro - the office is very close to MRT station.

Cons

A professional services firm run by former fund managers - short term, individualistic, not clue about management and building an organisation, completely lacking in teamwork between the departmental heads. Manager who swears profanities at staffs is the star of the firm. Mass resignations in recent weeks due to gross mismanagement. Turnover at all levels and functions tells the story, period.

Pros

Our portfolio of Clients - You get to service clients that are big in name Unity among the Junior Staff

Cons

The Senior Managers are not people you aspire to be. They cultivate disharmony among teams. HR department seems to be in a mess. Salary gap among peers No proper training materials / SOPs

Pros

Friendly staff and can leave at 5pm if you have commitments after work

Cons

Boardroom sucked the living life out of me. They assign so much work to you and expect you to work overtime if you cannot complete all your work between work hours. Their work management is beyond ridiculous, they train you a couple of times and then expect you to know everything they taught you. They hold your contract over you like they own you - leave 10 minutes early? Expect to hear from management the next day about how “your contract clearly states that you start at 8:45am and finish work at 5pm” Doing a 2 - 3 person job and think you deserve a pay rise? Well, be prepared to argue that with them because apparently that’s not deserved, it’s earned and how does that happen? Get a promotion. Your manager or senior will say making a mistake is okay as long as you learn from it but the moment you make a mistake, they give you hypothetical scenario like “that’s not good enough. If we sue you, is your reason good enough for the judge?” Management gaslights you when you express how you feel. Had an instance where I told my manager that I was burning out to which they replied with “are you sure? But you don’t stay back after work (yes I did, throughout my employment, I’ve stayed back 95% of the time), you don’t have to catch up on work on the weekends”. Oh I’m sorry, do you feel what I feel? Do yourselves a favour and don’t work here. The turnover is really high and I can see why.
