Pros

-Free lunch rarely on Fridays

Cons

This is the scummiest company I've ever worked for. You will be forced to work long hours, be given horribly under-average pay, absolutely no benefits, and be mistreated. Let's talk about the work itself now: you will be forced to lie to your clients about the completely awfully buggy software the business is centered around. Nothing is documented, good luck picking up on what to do your first few months. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - YOU ARE BETTER OFF PEDDLING CUTCO KNIVES IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY

Pros

Unfortunately there is absolutely nothing I can add to the pros section. This company provided one of the worst working environments I have ever experienced.

Cons

From the lowest level of management all the way up to the CEO BookingPal is rotten all the way through. The company tried to keep its employees motivated through fear and aggression with no care or attention to the employee's health and safety. Long hours and disgusting treatment of the staff made BookingPal a truly toxic place to work. Employment law in California states that workers should be compensated for working over 8 hours a day however BookingPal appears to believe itself above the law. They would simply fire staff who suggested they get paid overtime. The way that some of the staff were treated at BookingPal was horrendous and the chief executives did nothing to prevent or change that behavior. I am surprised to see any good reviews for this company on this site. When I was working for the company everyone I spoke to held the same opinion. I guess the positive reviews are created by management to try and save a sinking ship. Unless huge changes are made I do not see BookingPal being around for much longer, which would be a blessing to its employees and the business world as a whole.
