Absolutely the worst company I have worked for. Higher ups openly critique and judge women for their physical appearance in front of everyone, regularly - celebrities, women coming in for interviews, etc. The company is about 85% male, and I mean this seriously: this is not a safe space for women or people of color. If you want to work at an almost exclusively white, male fraternity, this is the place for you.

Dishonest and poor leadership with huge egos. This company won't survive. Short term thinkers that don't invest in their people, but take exec trips in business class while laying off employees. They think they are experts, but they have never done this before, and micromanage their teams and managers. Just another fraternity masquerading as a startup.

Great place to wear many hats, get your hands dirty, and learn a variety of skills. Lots of dogs

Unfocused and unsupportive upper management. There were times also when I felt harassed/offended by actions of my coworkers/boss and had no one to actually talk to about this since we had no HR. Unrealistic expectations for performance with no real metrics or performance reviews to reward hard work. Very much a frat house culture
