      Pros

      Good employees that work hard and are dedicated however poor leadership and culture have created lots of turnover and good employees continue to leave due to this.

      Cons

      One President that makes all decisions and create an opposite negative culture that the company should be. Poor leadership and management that do NOT care about their employees! When executives create a toxic workplace and use HR to do write ups instead of simple conversations with lack of respect.
