      The salary was better than most charters

      Cons

      They do not want to be successful. Curriculum is horrible. Teachers aren’t allowed to supplement when students don’t understand something

      Strong teaching teams in the upper elementary school, veteran teachers throughout the school come with a wealth of knowledge, upper elementary leadership that is straightforward and listen to feedback , 1/2 days for PDs and classroom time, double prep on monday and Wednesdays, building substitutes, great tech, the kids and community

      Long days, crappy copiers, and disorganized
