      Pros

      Quite good benefits and compensation compared to market standards.

      Cons

      Engineering-wise I would not say it is the best place to work at. The old mindset "we are building watches, not applications" is there. Also leadership doesn't do anything else than pushing people with unrealistic expectations. Communication is not clear and the plan is not either.
