      Pros

      Talented, motivated people who believe in their work. A large & varied client base that love what we create. Management care about career progression for those that want to achieve. Flexible working hours & working from home occasionally is appreciated. Annual bonus based on company performance. Regular company-funded events/nights out.

      Cons

      Not the quickest to identify & adopt changes in the industry. Their main competitors have the advantage of larger teams & external funding.

      Extremely welcoming, great benefits, relaxed but motivating environment, genuine care for employees

      Cons

      Located in the ugliest building in Brighton but at least you don't have to look at it when you're inside

      - Centre of Brighton, with great views - Great feeling of independence when it comes to choosing solutions to problems - Supportive environment to learn new skills - Flexible working schedule - Fair amount of social events - Strong agile methodologies and different approaches to working

      - On the 9th floor, so the elevator stops on all the floors -__- - Developer resourcing can be a little stretched at times
