      Great environment to learn

      Pros

      I was trusted to take on tasks just outside my comfort zone which enabled me to learn a lot of new tech. The environment was fun and warm. The production team was extremely supportive and protective of the devs.

      Cons

      Sometimes there would be time management issues where projects would be worked on late into the night prior to deadlines.

      Pros

      The team at Brightline is incredibly passionate about being involved in new tech, and creating great products to go with it. They care about employees and want to see your personal growth come through via passion.

      Cons

      Not entirely a negative to some people, but Brightline is a bit more nebulous than a corporate job (has less structure). I like this environment, but can be a little frustrating when regular company processes are not documented.
