      Amazing teams but difficult industry

      Pros

      The people are wonderful, many are there to make a positive difference. Most of the line managers are great people and so are the HR support. They care about staff.

      Cons

      Difficult industry with lots of uncertainty. Leadership aren't always open to feedback, so it makes it difficult to voice opinions, without feeling insecure or targeted.
