      Pay is good and some managers are fantastic to work for.

      The style of leadership needs to change. Favouritism is very evident.

      Flexible work environment. Good coworkers. Fair benefits. Strong team.

      No bonuses. Few opportunities for growth. Executive team cannot get along which often freezes critical decisions from being made.

      Thank you. We do recognize this historical problem and have made steps to address it. One of the positive side-effects of working from home, is that toxicity is no longer "seen or heard" in-office. We have also made specific changes in our executive team that are resulting in more relevant and stream-lined decision-making.
