The employees here are really the best people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. When we say this is a family, we mean you are actually taken care of. They offer benefits with opportunities for growth within the company. The office space is a welcoming environment and everybody here is always willing to help if you have questions.
Cons
None as of now, when the employees here presented their requests for benefits and transparency, we were met with our requests.

When working at Brookhurst you truly feel like part of the family. The office is very lively filled with young, good hearted people that are willing to help each other grow. On the producer/agent side the sky is the limit. On the staff side there are many opportunities to find what you love doing. The office space is also beautiful to work in. Great Insurance Brokerage overall.
