- They failed to pay all staff on 2 occasions during my time here, the latter being dealt with unbelievably badly by HR. - Lots of corporate back slapping, if being false and clapping for the leadership team at any opportunity is your thing, this is the place for you! - Just like most corporate environments, expect to hear morale busting middle management speak and slogans that mean nothing to leadership. - Expect to be thrown under the bus at any given opportunity by management or colleagues in order for them to progress. - It's common for colleagues to avoid speaking honestly with HR without fear of repercussions, generating a culture of fear. Be wary of any survey from HR that says it is anonymous. - Very process driven with processes that change regularly. - No innovation and creativity is stifled. - Little training and development.
