RecommendsNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Buffalo Exchange full-time for more than a year
Pros
Super comprehensive staff training framework, in-store management personnel create an atmosphere consistent with corporate branding and philosophy, certain degree of business literacy acquisition, staff member benefits include employee discount, an incentive program based on punctuality, accuracy, and other standardized measurements of performance, and a rare entry level hourly job that allows and facilitates creative expression and creative thinking
Cons
Extremely limited upward mobility, unless of course, nearby locations are experiencing mass turnover or management overhauls, but then that new SM/ASM is responsible for the fall out from any previous managerial/staffing issues. SMs and ASMs certainly overwork themselves at times, Buffalo Exchange sales associates and buyers experience burnout very often.
