For most roles, the default is 'work from home'. Not suitable for everyone, but it's a pro for me.
Cons
I could write thousands of words in this section, detailing all of the many dreadful things going on with this company right now, but I'll try to be succinct. Bugcrowd has just made a bunch more layoffs, and more are on the horizon. The company is running on fumes, with some individuals expected to manage a workload that was previously managed by 3 people. The product is way behind where it should be. Communication is non existent. And there are some very strange tactics being deployed to try to boost the company's numbers. Do not believe any social media posts you see about Bugcrowd's financial performance- it's all smoke and mirrors to try to impress the board. Oh, but the Execs will be ok. They're still ensuring they're able to go on nice trips, and dine out at the expense of the company. The people heading up Bugcrowd have absolutely driven the organisation off a cliff. They should be ashamed of their performance and how it has negatively affected so many people.
