No delays in getting paid. Good colleagues. Great offices. Great tech stack. ()

Cons

Lack of management and company growth. There is no clear path to take in order to get to higher positions in the company. There are no clear performance reviews. There are no social packages and bonuses. Sometimes projects are pure garbage and you are just left there.

Cons

Pays on the 15th of the next month. Makes you take halph of your vacation before June. Often times you get lied to,. No matter who you work for, you are an outsider. 2 months notice.

Salary is ok but is provided bay Microsft. For every employee, Microsoft from their countries is providing finance, because it is Microsft CTOM project for CEE and Baltic countries.

Cons

To many! This is a bad company in every. The ratio of leaving is 50 %, or to be precise from 10 employees in first 2-3 months, 5 will leave this company. The reason is bad management, from team leaders and on-site manager. They have created a very unhealthy environment. Pushing people when there is no reason, pushing only because they can. Other outscoring companies have a similar approach, but this one is No1 form bottom.
