I have been working at Bupa full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Customer centric organisation, genuinely trying to do the right thing for customers. Whilst its an insurance product, they are really trying to help people get the best care. Really do care about their people, and driving an inclusive agenda.

    Cons

Sometimes it doesn’t feel as though there is a plan with everyone contributing on anything that personally matters to them. This was different during Covid

I worked at Bupa full-time for more than a year

    Pros

This is the best company I've ever worked for - The are supportive, understanding and treat everyone with respect. Treat you as an individual, not just a staff number. They listen to their staff and take on board any feedback yo may have in a non-judgmental manner. Many opportunities for progression. The wage was also very good.

    Cons

I have nothing negative to say about this company.

I worked at Bupa full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very flexible with working arrangements, the whole Leeds office works from home two days a week.

    Cons

Really bad culture of bullying. Aware of lots of complaints against management and senior management that went nowhere. Very high turn over due to this toxic culture. A totally unprofessional environment. Overall a really terrible and damaging experience, I wish I had got out sooner.
