      Schedule is flexible, dress code is casual-professional

      Cons

      Company over-promises to clients. Eventually clients figure out company cannot deliver and the clients move on. Unfortunately this is a constant cycle within the company. When the clients move on, this results in frequent job changes/loss of staff. It affects morale. Company's technology is very 1990's. They need to upgrade.
