      Lovely colleagues and lots of freebies. Freedom to write from the heart instead of writing SEO pieces. Lots of ways to grow.

      - A lot of autonomy to work how you work best - Self care is promoted, with monthly self care days, half-day summer Fridays - Nice, new offices with no mandate to come in if you don't want you - Trusted by managers, teated like adults and have creative freedom to try new things - I've never been made to feel guilty for choosing my family over work - I feel valued and respected here, it's one of the best environments I've worked in

      Cons

      - Very trends based environment, means a lot of change. If you're adverse to change you could find it unsettling - Progression might be limited if you're in one of the smaller international offices - many opportunities exist exclusively in the US
