Joined this place just few months back. I thank the company for giving me this opportunity. From Day 1 of my joining I am asked to work with the team of experienced people. I see that team work is highly encouraged here. Our superiors encourage us to have a very professional and clear internal communication within our team mates, this helps in leaving no place for miscommunication and misunderstanding. I like and appreciate this thing here. I am learning through such small things and even experiencing how it’s like to work in a corporate culture. Currently, I am enjoying my work tenure, and I am happy with my decision of joining this place. The induction on day is 1 helped gave a lot of clarity.

I like to work here for many reasons. It’s the place that cares for its employee’s needs, from offering need sufficient leaves to other essential programs that are conducted here every now and then for our professional and personal growth. We get festival leaves, closed holidays, casual leaves, sick leaves, tenure leaves, maternity leaves, and paternity leaves. Besides, there are certain wellness programs conducted for us. I like such initiatives, as I feel such are much essential measures considering our past epidemic circumstances.
