      Competitive basic salary Nice campus Nice food in Datchet Expenses get paid Can think of anymore pros for CA unfortunately Avoid like the plague!!!

      Cons

      You will hear" CA = "change always. How true that is. Hated by customers. The Security BU has no competitive edge. You can expect to be asked to forecast false business, extremely unethical culture (still!); PIPs are common, especially if you are not onboard with "false forecasting". Low morale, everyone is negative and looking to move on. (I am a consistent over-achiever who isn't looking back).

      The latest CEO Mike Gregoire was false in the most of his statements. Aimed for business growth => managed to shrink the company by 4% each year consistently. Encouraged employees to stay => got rid of many good guys 3 times a year with no link to performance. Claimed to achieve organic product development => could not succeed in any case during 5 years.
