      Narcissist CEO that doesn’t care about any employees

      The product is good and many customers like the product

      Cons

      The CEO is the worst person I have ever worked for in over 40 years. Narcissistic, and treats almost all of the employees with contempt. He has a genuine personality disorder. Part of the problem he has never worked within or part of a larger professional business, hence has no idea how a professional business should be run.

      The company has good products and a good solution for customers

      The CEO Jurgen is a complete narcissist, and has no regard for anyone that works for him and the company. He also believes that he is more important than his customers and that they should be glad to be working with CADENAS. The company should be bigger than it is but is held back by the CEO Jurgen.

      Worst job ever

      Working on a pc. Nothing else.

      As a woman, no chance at getting somewhere within the company since the CEO is scared of maternity leave. Working here almost two years. Still on my basic payslip since the first day I was in training. 500e. Mind I do much harder projects now. Boss blames it on "corona" even tho we have more work then ever. And on my "sick leave", cus I had a misscarriage last year. I'd change my job if my town had similar company, but its eather this or bartending. They've killed my will to live.
