micro-management , no room for growth

Weird place. Couldn't wait to get out of there. The place is complete utter chaos and very poorly run. Business only been able to grow in recent years because customers have no alternative but that won't last. No new products, accountability, strategy, planning, processes, or communications. Nobody including management seems to care or wants to fix. Everyone is just waiting to retire or be sold. Good luck to any buyer as you'll be inheriting a hot mess to clean up. Products, technology, systems, equipment, building are ancient, and large share of workforce is lazy and incompetent. Rather than holding these folks accountable or try to improve systems or processes, management just gives more work to those who deliver without any reward whatsoever. Depressing and toxic place. Benefits and pay below rest of industry. No training or growth programs. Morale and culture awful. No sense of team. Employees not valued.
