Pros
So let's start with the basics... Office space - great London location, amazing space that is always evolving (feels very much open door). The people - are very welcoming and friendly. A sense of strong social/family bonds. Prior xmas/social events often crop up in conversion. Now the 'God tier' bit... Staff benefits - solid discount on Casio products, Bupa health care, and lots of everyday discounts via Pulse. Work freedom - get the option for hybrid working and the headspace to utilise 'out of the box' thinking. One other thing I did notice was 'appreciation', that employees were being recognised and rewarded for their hard work and contributions.
Cons
I've not been around long enough to really flesh this out but I would say, is the use of an aging fleet of Lenovo laptops.
