- Relaxed working environment - Interesting projects to work on

Cons

- Bad location and office looks terrible - Low salary and no career or salary progression. End of year gift is a joke. Friday lunches are cheap - Working on legacy technology. You won't develop a career here. Interns do majority of the work so nothing gets improved because they're not experienced enough

CAST has lots of great things going for it. - Interesting Products - Catered lunches every Friday (or a short day for long weekends) - Fast paced enviroment

Cons

- Management will not fight for you. If you need something you have to do it yourself. - Projects are TOO fast paced. Frequently you will have to jam a month of work into a week. - Most of management spends little time in the office and most of it on the road. Good luck trying to get information when they're not in the office. - Teams are too small, with no guidance to it. If a team member leaves then they frequently do not get replaced. - HR is a combination of bullies & people who have no idea what they're doing.
