      Poor contract, very clicky group to work for

      work load, lots of paper training available, free coke, nice looking office.

      Cons

      too many brown noses and not enough that actually work to get the best of the day. Too many clicky people that stay in the same group. Allot of bullying not enough supervising the behavior and HR are not the greatest. If your on the shift pattern you have to do 17 x 11hr shifts for free for the year as a float. I had missed the benefit scheme when i started but they still took a chunk out of my wages....When I left was not paid my holiday I have asked for this several times but I have now given up.

      they have lots of garbage device that you can work on to get skilled in repairing it.

      Cons

      too slow business. President of company also wants to be manager of every departments. So greedy in giving salary. they like you work for free for them.
