Pros

I do not have any pros for this company

Cons

If you don't mind not being paid a liveable wage, micromanaged, not promoted, and expected to take on additional work without compensation, then this is the place for you. Management is unqualified, from immediate supervisors to office managers, and play favorites while hiding behind locked doors and dodging responsibilities of actually managing an office and their employees. HR is also a dead end as can be attested to by myself and other reviews shown below. In an environment where HR is supposed to be the advocate for the employee, their lack of response to actionable incidents, including having a supervisor put their hands on me, hostile work environment, and stress inducing situations is appalling. There is zero communication between departments and any ideas submitted on how to operate more efficiently are dismissed. Claims of "promote from within," "great place to work", and "teamwork", are patently false. "Great Place to Work" since 2018? I don't think so. If there's a system in place where companies can buy positive endorsements, this is one example. Steer clear of CCMSI if you want to retain your confidence and self-worth. Many times during my employment I came dangerously close to therapy and medication. There's no price for peace of mind and being appreciated and you won't receive either at this company.

Hello, you have already made your decision about every member of the team. Though I would still suggest you reach out to HR for concerns and if you've tried that then try reaching out to a different member of HR to try to get your concerns addressed. Thank you for your review and I will pass it along as well.

Pros

Good benefits and bonus programs

Cons

Unless you are related to someone in management do not expect your supervisor or manager to have your back or defend you. If you are not a good fit for your client you will be fired or "laid off". Do not fall for the lies or smiles. You will be fired. You will be expected to work 24-7 and use your private phone for company e-mails so you can work 24-7. If you happen to make it past 3-6 months, keep an eye out for bonus time or when you will be eligible for bonus or stock options. They will walk you out prior to being eligible. The long term employees work 24-7 and will come in on their death bed before missing work. They claim low turnover? Maybe because they fire employees before they quit.

Pros

Not only is there plenty of PTO, but the availability to Flex every week (minus holidays, or office events) but the availability to work from home if you are not flexing, twice a week. Every year in Oct we all get raises, in addition to 1 bonus if its all done it time, you might get it before thanksgiving, after all the reviews are done

Cons

Really enjoyed working here at the beginning, but it slowly went down hill from there. No matter what I was doing or had a comment on something I was always in the wrong because I was the newest hire, youngest at that time and this was my first "big job" No only was there favoritism in the Scottsdale office but also a very big turn over as far as adjusters go. Assistants seem to have stayed the same since I have been hired. They have mentioned repeatedly the "core values" and as far as I am concerned this office does not follow them what so ever. A new hire could see the drama of the office working less then a month.
