      On boarding was a little a slow, but then again Covid had a lot to do with it.

      Onboarding process is good, and there have been some opportunities to advance. People are nice. Work / Life balance is good.

      Cons

      Insurance is not great, lack of communication from leadership and resources can affect work, the pay is not great. The work doesn't always correspond with the pay.
