      Only worth it as a foot in the door

      Pros

      It's a good place for someone starting their career who needs a foot in the door.

      Cons

      Salary is far below what you can find elsewhere if you have experience already. Opportunity for training or growth is limited and difficult to access. Projects are undersold and understaffed, and the same mistakes are made year after year. Staff are largely ignored by senior management when issues are raised, or when teams ask for help.

      Pros

      Fair salary for the job but wow do you have to bow, scrape and appear grateful for it.

      Cons

      Absolutely no vision at all in looking after employees or understanding their needs. Constant pressure.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      Wonderful colleagues, genuine and helpful. They have an excellent management team, led by a young, bright CEO. They have launched lots of new initiatives to listen to and support staff. A happy place to work that is challenging, in the right way, has new opportunities and definitely a company that is showing strong sustainable growth. A great place to work.

      Cons

      None that I can think of. Very happy to be working there. Perhaps some more time could be freed up for training as the pressure is always on to deliver, but the challenges are realistic and stimulating.
