Celine as brands is absolutely a bless. Its a very good company and brand to work with and the trainings are absolutely excellent and what you learn in Celine is unpayable. Retail director in UK is amazing too.
Cons
-Stingy with salary -They prefer hiring new people than promoting current amazing employees. -They offer higher salaries to new people instead of increasing the salary to the currents employees who are actually amazing. We lost very great team members. -DO NOT GO TO WORK IN SELFRIDGES. MANAGERS ARE MAD. THEY ARE PATRONISING, THEY LOVE MICRO-MANAGING AND THEY SPEND THE DAY HUNTING MISTAKES from employes. They love more the name of the position than the position itself. -HR before used to be amazing and very human with the guy who used to work in this department. Now is base on: employees are barcode numbers not humans. This lady doesn't care about anything else than completing her daily tasks.
