I honestly don’t trust the longevity of this solution to be around 10 years from now. Take away political views. An employee has their profile picture for work communication with themselves and our previous President. There are others in the office as well that have been allowed to have President Trump paraphernalia as well on their computers as well as on their desks. And in light of what’s going on in the world no one has taken a stance on it . It lets me know what kind of company I work for. There is not any form of a growth ladder to know where you can go within the company. During weekly stand up meetings, nothing gets accomplished week after week. Deadlines are never met. It’s very odd to work somewhere where no one knows how to do their job.
