      Pros

      some of the people (1 in 3, or at best: 1 in 2) are nice and competent. They tend to leave and what stays behind are the incompetent and the backstabbing

      Cons

      incompetent professors, bullying professors, infighting within labs and between labs, backstabbing and bullying in great supply here. Zero accountability so bullies keep on bullying. Professors are the ones in charge so as long as everyone sucks up to them all problems go unaddressed!

      Management lacks vision and unable to effectively use funds provided to them. Just a big chaos and a super disorganized place. The main focus is to increase salaries of already overpaid employees. Cheo has a culture where there is lack of respect for older employees due to their age.
