Pros

CHEQ offers an incredibly supportive and high-performing environment where innovation is genuinely encouraged. Leadership is transparent, approachable, and truly invested in employee growth. The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and filled with talented people who care about both results and each other. There’s a strong sense of ownership, impact, and purpose in the work we do with a killer product. Career development opportunities are real, and great performance is recognized and rewarded.

Cons

Like any fast-growing company, priorities can shift quickly, which requires adaptability. The pace is fast and can feel intense during peak periods, but it’s also what makes the work exciting and impactful.

Pros

* Work with some amazing talented colleagues who have a vase range of knowledge. * Given the support and direction needed by my Director and leadership team to understand the business goals and objectives. * The business has ambition to grow and welcomes feedback from staff on how to improve areas of the business to reach the targets that are set. * The CEO is very positive and passionate, in his demeanour while being attentive and engaging in conversation.

Cons

* Remote working for the UK can something be challenging on the social side of work. - However the positives of working remotely, such as saving time and money on travel, outweighs the negative side of working remotely.
