COTA has changed the meaning of work for me, Most of my past jobs have been in large companies, where you feel like just a face. COTA feels more personal. Not only do managers and executives encourage you to grow and learn professionally in areas that interest you, but they celebrate diversity and individuality, set up fun events, and allow you to take the time you need in your personal life. We also get wellness days, flex-Fridays, great insurance, and many perks through Insperity.
