      Pros

      - The team is ultra-ambitious and there are many interesting and new opportunities to learn and grow. - Everyone is really friendly and has a passion for the product and mission which makes it a great place to work. - Remote first environment means that you can work from anywhere, but the in person retreats mean you are still able to make bonds with other teams.

      Cons

      - Not a very diverse team yet. - Fast-paced, high pressure work isn't for everyone.

      Cowboy is a dynamic place to work with an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation. Working there has been an experience filled with excitement and growth. The team super welcoming and comprised of passionate and talented individuals. Everyone is collectively striving to develop the best in class product in the market. There's never a dull moment as the work is engaging, innovative, and truly at the cutting edge of the industry. The company is on an upward trajectory and it's an exciting time to be a part of it.

      Cons

      There are a few challenges that come with the territory. Uncertainties within the domain domain has made the journey a bit turbulent but leadership has managed to navigate them. While remote work is possible, it's not always ideal given the physicality of the product. During my time, career advancement opportunities within the company were quite limited.
