      Pros

      CPP have a truly inspirational CEO in Steve Callaghan. He is passionate at turning the business around and I hope he does so.

      Cons

      The mid to senior management with 2 exceptions are inept, impersonal and totally devoid of any people management skills. I fear this will hold the company back.

      Good People Working Through a Tough Time

      Open and friendly employees. Good atmosphere - very customer focused and ensuring staff have appropriate tools and skills to provide great service

      Cons

      Tough time post FCA investigation and penalty. Previous senior management poor - new people came in to remedy the damage.
