      - Privately owned business, which takes a long term approach to growth and invests in the business - Genuine effort to value staff and put people first, whilst still providing excellent client service - Foster strong culture of respect between all employees

      - There have been quite a few changes recently due to the acquisition of another large business, however things are settling down now this is complete
