Pros

*A fun, team-based environment where your hard work is recognized and appreciated. *a flat organization that allows for interaction with all levels of management *premium based on happy, well-adjusted employees

Cons

it's difficult, near impossible, to move up within the organization. though, perhaps that's just the nature of trade associations. that's the only downside.

Pros

Great benefits Nice building Snacks

Cons

Would not recommend to a friend. Not the best work environment. Had a particularly negative experience. Silos, tension, occasional rude people, my team in particular has a lot of difficult people who aren’t easy to work with, favoritism, lack of appreciation for good work, higher ups taking credit for your work, intense work loads. I hear horror stories from other colleagues on negative experiences they had on their teams. That’s why there are so many open positions. Hybrid remote model (it’s unnecessary—it’s a wireless association, there’s no reason why we should be in the office 3 days a week—a lot of the employees prefer to be fully remote. The company lost a lot of talent who were the top performers because there is a strict hybrid policy and top performers left this company for fully remote opportunities). No opportunity for advancement. No path to upper management or the C Suite.

Pros

It has the best work culture I've ever experienced especially for corporate, The people working here are genuinely nice, work hard and are so willing to help each other. best benefits as in the 401k, free medical, dental, hybrid work schedule. It's been named the best workplace for many years for a reason and the people continually prove it.

Cons

the pay could be better for those at the bottom of the totem poll, those that aren't get paid twice or three times as much, and giving people promotions at a faster pace
