Business outlook
Pros
Really eager to keep employees and have them grow within the company. Lots of remote or partial remote opportunities. They pay licensing fees, cell phone and will reimburse for advanced degrees/certifications.
Cons
They are not ready for how quickly they are growing. HR is small and unclear. Onboarding is nearly nonexistent. They are not a contract company who has it all together with clear policies and processes. There is a lack of accountability for managers. These things combine to make even a remote environment a difficult work environment to thrive in.
