      Pros

      Decent health benefits, paid time off and vacation time.

      Cons

      Processes for doing simple tasks are miss managed. Very poor management, most managers don’t know how to speak to people and are inconsiderate, spiteful, and hostile towards their underlings. If your name is not on the door or you are top management (usually consisting of made up titles don’t even bother sharing an opinion on anything.) Rarely any performance bonus is ever paid. Salary increments is even worse than government company.

      Cons

      Unethical business practices, inexperienced management with poor DIRECTION and skill set. Toxic work environment with a high turn over. Poor infrastructure, outdated software process and low salary compared to other companies.

      Woof, what a waste of multiple years!

      A few of my co-workers were great people. Nothing besides that sadly!

      Cons

      Management was unfair in their expectations and added extra work to my plate that was not in my job detail. It is an overall toxic workplace that many co-workers and myself dreaded showing up to. The management bordered on sexist at many turns and also berated myself and others when we made small mistakes. Additionally, there is no way that they can believe that their pay structure was actually sufficient with rising costs and inflation. Take care of your employees and they will do great work. In this case, the exact opposite is occurring. Do yourself a favor and consider any other Insurance company for this line of work. Good riddance!!!
